Manufacturing Facility
Indus’s manufacturing unit is a German designed plant with imported machinery capable of producing 400 million condoms and 40 tonnes of lubricant per year. These world class units are specially designed for flexibility in small order processing. Indus offers several packaging options ranging from industry standards to unique packaging as specified by customers.

Our Quality Management System is at the forefront of all aspects of our company, ensuring all processes lead to the highest quality products and customer service.
Every condom made by Indus is electronically tested prior to being cleared for sale. In addition, every batch of condoms is extensively tested at source with over six rigorous quality procedures.
We monitor state of the art systems throughout the process, from raw material checking to final lot testing. Long term checking of product and inter-laboratory comparisons are done to ensure that we always have the best product and systems.
